After more than a decade of land sales and development, the final 24 blocks of land at Mawson Lakes have been released to homebuyers by local real estate agent Brock Harcourts Mawson Lakes.
Home to more than 10,000 Adelaide residents, Mawson Lakes is the thriving centre of northern Adelaide and welcomes 4,500 workers and 7,000 students into the community every day.
The remaining 24 blocks are located in The Cascades, The Cove and The Bridges villages. The blocks range in size from Terrace to Traditional and are priced from just $165,000.
