Twenty-one apartments were sold on the launch date (29 August) alone. There are now only five apartments out of 35 remaining in the complex.
Ranging from 60.09sqm to 76.99sqm and priced from $239,900 to $269,900, the apartments were designed for first homebuyers and investors.
