Mawson Lakes’ VIBE attracts strong apartment sales

Demonstrating the strong demand for urban apartment living and investment in Adelaide’s ‘second CBD’, homebuyers have snapped up over 70% of Mawson Lakes’ VIBE Apartments in just ten days since its public launch.

Twenty-one apartments were sold on the launch date (29 August) alone. There are now only five apartments out of 35 remaining in the complex.

Ranging from 60.09sqm to 76.99sqm and priced from $239,900 to $269,900, the apartments were designed for first homebuyers and investors. Overlooking Dry Creek Linear Park on Metro Parade, the apartments form part of Mawson Central, close to The Promenade town centre and the Mawson Lakes Transit Interchange.

Mawson Lakes Project Director Vince Rigter said the strong sales represented an upswing in confidence in the apartment market despite the current economic climate.
