Adelaide’s award-winning Mawson Lakes community has released its last blocks of land, after opening its doors to homebuyers more than a decade ago.
Since its launch in 1997, Mawson Lakes has sold more than 3,900 individual blocks of land. It currently has only 64 blocks left for purchase.
The remaining blocks are available in The Bridges, The Cascades and The Cove, and range in size from 128sqm to 1061sqm. Prices range from $120,000 to $550,000 with some spectacular allotments situated on direct waterfront.
Mawson Lakes Project Director Vince Rigter said he encouraged homebuyers to visit the community and check out the opportunities available before they were snapped up by other homebuyers.
